Learn the wonderful art of cursive writing in this fun and interactive program! With take home practice sheets and interactive Zoom sessions, learning to write cursive has never been more fun!
During Zoom sessions, children will be able to learn tips and tricks from our librarian, Miss Nessa, and practice all together in a fun, safe space.
Practice packets will be available for pickup two weeks before the first session, in order to allow children to practice before the first Zoom session.
This is a three-session program, focusing on learning how to write the alphabet in cursive; when you register for the first session you will be registered for all three sessions.
Session 1: Alphabet (A to I)
Session 2: Alphabet (J to P)
Session 3: Alphabet (Q to Z)
REGISTERED PROGRAM Please register children only. Registration opens at 10 a.m. Wednesday, January 13 for all three sessions.
Please ensure that you have provided a valid email address when registering. An internet connection is required.
This program is being held on Zoom, an online meeting resource. You will receive a link to access the program one day before the program.
When you click on the link in the email, you will be asked to open the Zoom application, which is free. You will want to download the app at https://www.zoom.us prior to the program start time.
When you first log into the program, you will be admitted to a waiting room; all participants will be admitted to the program a few minutes before the start time. All participants will be muted during the session
