Known for her charisma and engaging style, she has entertained and educated audiences at libraries and businesses across Chicagoland for many years. A former chef at country clubs, corporations, and restaurants, Susan now shares her passion for cooking as an instructor at the College of DuPage, where she mentors the next generation of chefs.
Her demonstrations are not just informative; they're fun and interactive, filled with valuable tips and techniques that make cooking accessible and enjoyable for everyone.
