Discover what it takes to become a certified Therapy Dog Team, including training and requirements. Meet Kayla, a certified Golden Retriever, to experience the warmth and comfort a therapy dog brings.

Kayla is a 7 year old Golden Retriever who has been fully certified since the age of 2.

Her  accomplishments include: Alliance of Therapy Dogs, AKC certified: “Advanced” Therapy Dog, Canine Good Citizen, Trick Dog, and VHM.

Her handler Jacqueline Gray will demonstrate some of her obedience and trick dog skills.

Everyone will have the opportunity to pet and visit with Kayla after the program to feel the love & joy a Therapy Dog can bring.
