Step into the world of Anne Frank, a young girl navigating the challenges of growing up during the harrowing times of World War II. Adolf Hitler and the antisemitic Nazi Party rose to power in Germany, seizing control of the government in 1933. As a Jewish family, Anne’s family fled to Amsterdam to live in hiding in a secret annex. Portrayed by historical presenter, Michelle Gibbons, Anne will transport you to one of the most tragic and devastating periods in history, sharing her life and the poignant writings from her diary, which became the globally renowned, “The Diary of Anne Frank.”
Michelle Gibbons, a Marengo resident, Historical Presenter and Marketing Director, is making a name for herself teaching the importance of history.
