The Lion Women of Tehran follows Ellie and Homa, two childhood friends in 1950s Tehran whose lives diverge as one embraces privilege and the other fights for justice amid political upheaval. Spanning decades and continents, the novel explores friendship, betrayal, and resilience against the backdrop of Iran’s revolution and its lasting impact.
