Hand printing has never been so easy. Come make an impression and carve your very own rubber stamp; create some prints with us to take home! Materials included.
Using the linocut method (similar to woodcuts), we'll be carving our own stamps: a subtractive cutting method is used to take away the parts of rubber where you want to leave the white of the page, and keep the parts you want to be inked! In the result you have a stamp that can reproduce the same image over and over again. Each person will be able to bring home their very own stamp, alongside paper prints of their design. Materials will be included.
