DROP-IN PROGRAM. No need to register. Get your trick-or-treat on at the Cook Library Children's Department! Spooky and fun picture book stories will be posted around the library for a special, interactive exhibit. After walking through all the stories, find a librarian and say “Trick-or-Read” for a spooktacular surprise! Drop by anytime the Cook Park Library is open. Costumes welcome.
